TVS once again teased a new motorcycle that’s quite possibly an adventure bike based on the BMW F 450 GS platform. Like the BMW F 450 GS concept revealed at EICMA 2024, this new offering is also expected to get a 450cc parallel-twin mill that has been jointly developed by TVS and BMW, which generates around 48 bhp and 45 Nm.
Engine Details & TVS-BMW Collaboration

The engine on the ADV bike will be tuned to produce a maximum power of 48 hp and a peak torque of 45 Nm, while it would continue to feature a twin-cylinder motor with liquid cooling. Just like the TVS-BMW collaboration came up with the Apache RR 310, such is the case with this platform, which is the result of combined engineering resources and capabilities.
TVS’s Hosur plant in Tamil Nadu will manufacture the BMW F 450 GS, enhancing localization and pricing prospects for India.
Launch and Market Positioning

At EICMA 2025, the TVS and Norton variants of the new 450 ADV motorcycle are expected to be launched, with an India launch in 2026 most likely.
The bike is targeted at riders who want aggressive off-road performance and premium features at a budget price, and it will take on popular ADV motorcycles like the KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.
In keeping with modern ADV expectations, features like traction control, ride modes, and TFT consoles are expected.
Expected Name and Price
The name of the bike is likely TVS Apache RR 450, but it could also be “RTX” or some other ADV-oriented name. It is set in the sub-500cc ADV segment as a premium model with an expected price tag of ₹4–4.5 lakh.
