“Maruti Suzuki Boosts Local Auto Service with 1,500 Parts Distributors across 760 cities in India

In addition, auto major Maruti Suzuki India Limited has achieved yet another milestone by expanding its Parts and Accessories Distributor network to 1,500 touchpoints in nearly 760 cities across India.

The 1,500th distributor facility was inaugurated in Mumbai on November 20, 2025. This is a significant move away from the customer sales and service network of the company.

This newly expanded parts distribution network will go a long way in helping the smaller independent workshops and mechanics in getting access to genuine, company tested and certified parts, thus reducing vehicle downtime and increasing the repair turnaround time for customers availing the services of such independent service providers.

Accessibility to such genuine spare parts, therefore, enhances overall performance safety and the longevity of the vehicles, one of the main reasons why Maruti Suzuki’s vehicles have managed to instill customer confidence.

This distributor network works outside the service network of Maruti Suzuki, comprising over 5,500 touchpoints, including ARENA and NEXA workshops covering around 2,818 cities. During FY 2024-25, Maruti Suzuki added an additional 460 service touchpoints with plans to add another 500 during FY 2025-26, thereby strengthening customer support even further.

An encouraging over 27 million vehicles were serviced by Maruti Suzuki in FY 2024-25; it crossed an important milestone of cumulative domestic sales of 30 million in November 2025, thus making it only the second country, after Japan, for a single manufacturer to achieve such a number; the current market share held by this company is around 40% within India’s passenger vehicle segment. The expansion of the parts and accessories distributor network is a clear testimony to Maruti Suzuki’s commitment towards strengthening its customer-centric ecosystem while ensuring that it maintains leadership in the Indian passenger vehicle market through parts availability and high service standards, even for independent workshops.
