Hyundai Venue, a new compact SUV generation, has officially launched a new model to the market, now open for pre-orders. The vehicle will go on sale starting November 4, 2025. The new vehicle has a height rise of 48 mm, a width rise of 30 mm, and a wheelbase of 2520 mm, making it wider than the older model. New dimensions (3995 mm length, 1800 mm width, 1665 mm height) not only expand the passenger space but also enhance the road stability of the vehicle, which is highly appropriate for urban citizens.

Exterior and Design Changes
The exterior of New Venue mirrors the dominant trend of Hyundai’s new design with a more aggressive and bold SUV image. Some of the notable changes on the outside of the car include the dark chrome radiator grille, quad-beam LED headlights, the horn-shaped twin LED DRLs, and horizon-style LED tail lamps that connect the front and rear for a cohesive and modern look.

The rectangular wheel arches, ski-style roof rails, and a distinctive C-pillar trim with “VENUE” badges serve to add to the premium SUV look even further. The vehicle is equipped with 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and available in several appealing colours, such as Hazel Blue, Mystic Sapphire, Dragon Red, etc.

Interior and Features

Features of the cabin include a dual 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and infotainment display, ambient lighting, dual-tone leather trim, an electrically adjustable four-way driver seat, and rear window sunshades. Two-step reclining elements have been provided to the rear seats, and fresh air to the rear passengers is provided via air-conditioning vents. The blending of interior upgrades and advanced technology has raised the vehicle to one of the best-equipped compact SUVs in the segment.
Powertrain and Variants
The 2025 Venue remains a vehicle of the same old reliable fleet of engines from Hyundai; the three powertrains already tested and confirmed are continued: a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated gasoline (82 bhp), 1.0-litre turbo gas (118 bhp), and a 1.5-litre diesel (114 bhp) engine. In terms of transmission, there are 5-speed and 6-speed manual gearboxes, a 6-speed automatic, and DCT units. Furthermore, a new diesel automatic variant has been created to provide more possibilities to customers.
Booking and Price
You can now book at official Hyundai dealerships or through the Hyundai India website by paying a token amount of ₹25,000. The Venue would be a solid competitor for the likes of the Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, and Tata Nexon, as it is expected to be priced at an ex-showroom ranging from around ₹8 lakh to ₹14 lakh.
